Zoo comedy event Giggle for Gorillas is back

Bristol Zoo Gardens has just announced that its stand-up comedy event Giggle for Gorillas will be returning to the Zoo for a second year.
Following the popularity of last year’s sell-out night, headlined by Bristolian Russell Howard, the Zoo is set to host the comedy event in aid of gorilla conservation again.
Giggle for Gorillas will take place on Sunday 2nd August in the centre of the Zoo, undercover in a large marquee.
Mark Olver returns to compère the evening and will be introducing a host of well-known comedy stars to the Zoo’s stage. The line-up of well-known comedians will be announced soon.
Tickets go on general sale via the Zoo’s website on Wednesday 29th April.

All money raised from this event will be spent supporting Bristol Zoological Society’s charitable objectives.

Bristol Zoo Gardens is a conservation and education charity and relies on the generous support of the public not only to fund its important work in the zoo, but also its vital conservation and research projects spanning five continents.
