The Pregnancy Yoga lesson at Moose Hall on a tuesday evening is a wonderful way for pregnant women to maintain her fitness and strength by using very safe movement and stretching. Its also an effective method of alleviating common problems associated with pregnancy such as back ache and heart burn. Simple focused breathing techniques are taught to help women to relax through pregnancy and handle labour naturally. Women are given a chance to share experiences and discuss pregnancy issues and get to know one another. The yoga is suitable for all, and yoga experience is not necessary at all. The class ends with some relaxation and breathing techniques that help women through your pregnancy with a sense of calmness.
Postnatal yoga lessons where babies are welcome and women can enjoy a safe physical work out to aid a safe physical journey back to full health and fitness after pregnancy and labour.
